We arrange a comprehensive teleconsultation (~30–45 min) with your doctor to gather and refine all your medical details. A consultation fee of €50 applies — fully credited towards your final package price if you decide to proceed.

Your Personalised Package

Your coordinator presents a tailored all-inclusive package — procedure details, accommodation, transfers, a timeline, and a clear, itemised price. Review everything, ask your questions, and confirm when you’re ready.

Confirm, Pay & Prepare

Send your flight confirmation to your coordinator, sign a package agreement and make a deposit. You will then receive your personalised preparation checklist — from pre-operative instructions to everything you need to pack.

Check-in & Treatment

Experience world-class medical treatment with our dedicated multilingual coordinators by your side — from the operating room through your hotel recovery. We closely monitor your healing progress during your full stay so you can focus entirely on your health.

We get back to you as soon as possible after your first contact. Most procedures can be scheduled within 2–4 weeks of your initial consultation — significantly faster than waiting lists in many European countries. The exact timing depends on your availability and flight bookings.

Our network includes board-certified specialists, many of whom have trained internationally and hold memberships in prestigious medical societies.

Your package includes remote follow-up consultations. If needed, we coordinate with local healthcare providers in your home country to ensure continued care.

Once you send us your flight booking confirmation, we proceed with all remaining bookings included in your package proposal. We then issue an invoice to be settled according to the agreed terms. Flexible payment options are available.

This depends on the reason. If you cannot travel due to a justifiable reason, you will only be charged for non-refundable costs already incurred. The amount generally depends on how far in advance you submit the request. Patient satisfaction is our priority, and we handle each case individually.

Our multilingual team supports English, German, French, and Arabic. From first contact through consultation and coordination, you will be accompanied by someone who speaks your preferred language. If you require a different language, we will do our best to arrange a translation service for you.
